A natural, light-filled staging with Natur Design's ecological fittings
Home staging by: Rossella Barrasso ArchiStager
In this article, Archistager Rossella Barrasso delights us with one of her luminous home staging projects, showing us how a valuable atmosphere can be built for a property for sale using cardboard furniture, natural and functional. The Profumo di Salvia project involved a property that had been on the market for some time at a construction site in the capital, which after Rossella’s intervention was quickly sold. Every sale of a property prepared with home staging is a success because it emphasises how important this work is and how necessary it is to do it well following targeted criteria, without improvising. As Rossella teaches from the classrooms of the Home Philosophy Academy, home staging is a real marketing strategy, tailored to a certain target of potential customers, which is mixed with decorative art by choosing the right colours and accessories to create exciting and attractive atmospheres.
In this case, Rossella took advantage of the large windows and natural light in the living area of this flat to create a bright and airy space. It then enhanced the linear architectural style by combining it with the simple and functional style of cardboard furniture for home staging. The choice fell on a white kitchen from the Gioia line with classic shapes that recreate the warm ambience of domestic environments and was combined with cream wall colours that enhance the natural finish of the cardboard left and visible. The living area was then completed by a cardboard sofa with a bare frame, which was given a touch of colour by using sage-green accessories which, although soft, create a good contrast with the light colour of the cardboard. A natural, elegant and impressive result.
Cardboard furniture for home staging are all environmentally friendly, functional and useful solutions to give a clear demonstration of the space in a house for sale and create scenes that will impress buyers.
