Geo Screentechnology recently demonstrated its commitment to sustainability by participating in the Ecomondo fair, organised by the Italian Exhibition Group in Rimini. Acknowledged as the international benchmark event in Europe and the Mediterranean basin for technologies, services and industrial solutions related to the green and circular economy, the fair offers a crucial space for companies adopting eco-sustainable practices. The decision to use a cardboard display reflects Geo Screentechnology’s desire to integrate the circular economy model into its promotional activities, demonstrating that even in the context of trade fairs it is possible to combine industrial innovation with an ecological vision, thus contributing to a more sustainable future.

For more than twenty-five years, this renowned company has been dedicated to the invention, design and construction of advanced material sorting systems, including polygonal and stellar disc screens, aeraulic systems and complete screening lines. Specialising in customised screening profiles for various materials, they collaborate with engineers and plant operators to ensure innovative and efficient solutions. Geo Screentechnology’s commitment is to transform waste into reusable resources by valorising each waste component. Through technical expertise and creative resolution, they aim to contribute to intelligent and environmentally sustainable recycling.

Imagining, thinking and realising

Imagining, thinking and realising a trade fair stand out of cardboard represents a creative and exciting challenge every time, where innovation merges with environmental awareness. The use of cardboard as the main material not only pushes the boundaries of design, but also testifies to the commitment to eco-friendly solutions in the outfitting industry.

The stand designed for the exhibition area of around 60 square metres is distinguished by its clever layout and attention to detail. The rectangular shape of the area made it possible to create a striking exhibition back wall that stretches the entire length available. This wall, closed on one side, becomes the visual centrepiece of the stand, capturing the attention of visitors with a high-definition digital print. The print depicts detailed images of the machinery produced and marketed by the company, providing a visual overview of the cutting-edge technology it offers.

To break the regularity of the back wall, trapezoidal mirror columns were placed at the ends into which two giant screens were embedded. These columns, also customised with a green print and embossed company logo made of cardboard, add a touch of dynamism and originality to the space, creating an interesting visual effect.

In the centre of the stand, space was strategically occupied by some of the company’s machinery on display for demonstration purposes. This arrangement allows visitors to interact directly with the products and fully understand their functionality. Event furniture, such as tables from the Cian C series and armchairs from the Crava Light series, intersperse the machinery, creating a cosy and functional environment.

Attention to detail is also evident in the choice of two Losa L reception desks positioned on opposite sides of the frontal space. These counters welcome customers in a professional and inviting manner, acting as sentinels guiding visitors through the stand.

What makes this stand truly unique is its customised, reusable and environmentally friendly nature. Each element was designed not only to reflect the corporate identity, but also to be sustainable and adaptable for future use. The ecological approach underlines the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility, adding an ethical value to the stand design.
