1 – This price list cancels and replaces all the previous ones, does not constitute an offer and may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.
2 – The company NaturDesign Mobili in Cartone S.r.l. reserves the right to make technical, dimensional and aesthetic changes to its production.
3 – The order proposal is subject to the acceptance of the Company NaturDesign Mobili in Cartone S.r.l.; the delivery terms, if different from those requested in the order proposal, are indicated in the acceptance and are binding, except in cases of force majeure.
4 – The packaging of the product is included in the price. The special packaging requested in advance will be invoiced at cost.
5 – The goods sold ex-works travel at the risk of the customer.
Complaints for manufacturing defects must be communicated in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
The following are not considered as defects:
– different shades of cardboard.
– minimal defects of cuts, crushing and bending of the cardboard, being considered a raw material.
Reporting of inconveniences or complaints about the number of packages or transport damage, are taken into account only if communicated by the customer with written reservation on the Transport Document at the time of unloading, by e-mail.
In the report it is mandatory, for the identification of the cause of the complaint, to communicate:
– the product code shown on the adhesive label applied externally to the packaging.
– the product code with customer reference shown on the shipping label applied externally to the packaging.
– the operator number applied externally to the packaging and / or the operator coupon inserted internally
– the details of the transport document
The obligation of the company, accepted manufacturing defects, is limited only to the replacement of the goods after returning the disputed product.
6 – The delivery date, even if confirmed, is still indicative. Any delays will not entitle you to cancellation or compensation.
7 – The yield is ex works.
Transport costs are charged to the customer.
8 – Payments are recognized as valid and liberating only if made at the headquarters directly or through Banking Institutions. On payments made by R.B. and / or drafts of exchange, the customer is responsible for the costs of stamps and collection costs according to current bank costs.
Late payments are subject to default interest at the current rate and result in the suspension of the fulfillment of orders in progress until the payment of the expired.
9 – These conditions are declared accepted with the order.
Art. 10 – Any exceptions to the general contractual conditions agreed herein must be in writing.
Art. 11 – The place of jurisdiction for any dispute is exclusively that of Treviso.
