Ecological real estate home staging to enhance your property for sale

Home Staging Giulia De Martin

Risalta is the home staging agency that helps real estate agencies or individuals sell their homes, sooner and better.

Outfitting a house with demonstration furniture is a strategy that helps sell a house sooner and better because it enhances the rooms and gives customers an accurate idea of the dimensions of the furnishings. The choice of furniture solutions to be used can be part of the overall strategy. Our proposals for home staging in natural cardboard are the right solution in terms of cost and style. First of all, they are environmentally friendly, easy to use and transport, adaptable to any environment and reusable until the end of their life.

This is demonstrated by the Risalta installation curated by Giulia De Martin. A renovated, empty property to be enhanced and sold.

The spacious and modern living area has been fitted out with our Gioia modular kitchen mounted on an entire wall. Almost all available modules were used, from the refrigerator column to the sink and cooker module, service modules and a table. The colour white, the classic style and the cardboard inserts of the handles create a harmonious atmosphere, thanks also to the warm nuance used for the floor and accessories. The set-up continues in a hallway corner furnished with a cardboard sofa placed on a wall in a discreet and functional manner. The sleeping area is a little larger and has several rooms all furnished with our sleeping area kits that offer modules for single or double beds, as well as chests of drawers, bedside tables and wardrobes that fill the space with comfort. Giulia’s creativity made up for the lack of space by drawing the cupboards on the walls, an artistic touch that nevertheless renders the idea of clutter well. Throughout the house, the colour brown with chocolate undertones was used, creating a unique thread.
