Brianza-based real estate company Platinum chooses sustainable home staging to add value to properties for sale. It does so with ecological furniture made of natural cardboard by Natur Design.
With the difficulties in the real estate market, convincing buyers is no longer so easy. New strategies must be adopted to make the value or potential of the property for sale tangible. How to do it? With Home Staging i.e. furnishing the house before the sale to give an exact view of the size and potential scope of each room. From the kitchen to the living room, from the bedroom to the bathroom, every space can be upgraded with props. Traditional ones are cumbersome and often very expensive to keep in stock, and they are never versatile enough to suit every style. Ecological furniture made of natural cardboard is a viable alternative.
This is demonstrated by the staging of the real estate company Platinum, which staged the living and sleeping areas of a flat in Brianza. For the layout of this modern-style flat with kitchen and living area in the same room, a white kitchen in complete with table and chairs, sofas with a bare white cardboard surface, some bookshelves modular wall units also used as room dividers and a TV stand. For the sleeping area, we opted for double and single beds with matching bedside tables in a clean, linear design to give the room an atmosphere of order and cleanliness.
