In Italy, NaturDesign cardboard furniture is quite well known among home staging professionals, while abroad it has yet to establish itself. We were therefore particularly happy to provide our furnishings for real estate development to Esperanza Bugallo, owner of the Interlaria Home and Charmy Home agencies, as well as vice president of AHSE (the main Spanish homestaging association). This is a recent collaboration and we hope that it will be a first step to make our furniture known also in Spain. As you can see from the photos that Esperanza sent us, the furnishings have been used to enhance various environments, from the living area to the rooms, passing through a small room used as a study.
Esperanza’s homestaging focused on a clean, minimalist design that transformed cold, anonymous rooms into rooms rich in potential and where space and clutter precisely defined the functionality of each room. The inclusion of a few studied furnishing elements has allowed us to redefine the spaces and give a personal touch to the apartment. In the study we notice the inclusion of a cardboard desk and an office chair. In the living areas, on the other hand, a homestay bookcase made from a composition of modules of various sizes stands out.
When it comes to homestaging there is nothing better than a comparison between the before and after set-up to understand how a place literally comes to life thanks to the talent of those who have enhanced it. And even in Esperanza’s photos we perceive this magic…
