Cardboard displays for Facom

Furnishing their offices with customised cardboard displays was Facom’s green move, a step towards a greener world.

Facom is a prestigious Italian company that operates in the metal turning sector and counts major footwear brands among its customers and holds several patents in its field. In addition to precision and attention to the needs of its customers, the company is distinguished by its ecological philosophy, focusing its entire production on techniques and technologies with a very low environmental impact. And it was for its office building that it asked us to create a series of displays and furniture that were sustainable and reflected the precision with which it operates.

We have thus created cardboard displays and furniture with a gritty, enveloping line in natural cardboard with a havana and white finish. The cubic shape is the main motif of the furniture. We designed a wall display that has as its base a cube divided in half with rounded corners and surmounted by two rows of smaller cubes, all made by laminating panels vertically so that the panel cut-out was visible, reinforcing the structure and adding a natural and striking decorative motif. Accompanying this display, which makes a fine show in the company’s offices, are low tables with tempered glass shelves, some with a single top, others with a shelf in the middle of the height, and modular displays from the Granati series, stackable and customisable cubes.

With our cardboard solutions, Facom has thus fulfilled its need to maintain its green commitment and to create modern, cosy and designer environments.
