In Fossalta di Piave, in the province of Venice, we had the pleasure of working on the preparation of the new Eris Herbalist shop by Dr. Maria Iseppi. A special place dedicated to beauty and well-being where customers can find supplements, loose herbs, teas, herbal teas, essential oils, incense, creams, detergents and make-up products. All goods selected among companies attentive to natural, organic and with great attention to the enhancement of Italian artisan realities. A welcoming place to take a break from the frenzy of the world and take care of yourself, also thanks to maria’s precious advice.

What cardboard furniture did we use to furnish the store?

The retail furniture of this herbalist shop is the result of a skilful mix of “standard” cardboard furniture (taken from our catalog) and a series of custom-made retail set-ups, designed for the specific display needs of the store. The result is an environment with a unique and functional design, able to attract attention, but also to give the customer all the comforts and basic services typical of a herbalist shop

Starting from the standard cardboard furniture , we are going to analyze how the store layout was designed:

For the counter of the store , a composition of Erpice modules was chosen, in order to create a concave corner, in line with the walls, to welcome customers: the front panel was personalized with the herbalist’s logo, while the upper shelf was made of glass. A finish that guarantees at the same time wear resistance, ease of sanitation and a transparency that makes visible the products placed under the counter. On the back compartments and drawers ensure ample space for the storage of goods and documents.
Behind the counter were placed a large Havana-colored Flua Plus bookcase equipped with large white drawers with metal handles.
Beyond the counter we also find a series of shop shelves of the Saline model, ideal for an orderly display of products.
Part of the main wall of the store is then equipped with a series of cardboard boiserie of the Gelè line to which shelves, chests of drawers and display compartments are hooked. A beautiful and at the same time flexible solution, since the modules hooked up if necessary can be moved.
At the entrance, in correspondence with the window, a Geri tree bookcase has been placed, a solution of great visual impact for the display of products visible both from the outside and from inside the store. On the side there is also a Sent cube display, a solution with an avant-garde design that always captures the attention of customers.
To create a beautiful and welcoming relaxation area we used two sofas and a coffee table from the Golliaz line, characterized by an absolutely iconic cubic design.

What bespoke eco-friendly furniture was used to set up the store?

Now let’s move on to the custom design work that was done on the premises of the Eris Herbalist’s shop. First of all, we were asked to create a sort of back office inaccessible to customers that would act as a warehouse if necessary. We have therefore created an exhibition wall at an angle 3 meters high and 420×200 cm long. The wall has been equipped with integrated compartments with low energy consumption LED lighting and we have also obtained a door, always in cardboard. An absolutely functional and at the same time aesthetically pleasing solution.

Finally, we needed to integrate into the harmony of the retail set-up also two concrete supporting columns placed in the center of the store room. Also in this case we were not discouraged and we created a circular display that embraced the column and became a convenient and effective visual merchandising solution .
