For KEY – The Energy Transition Expo, an international event dedicated to the energy transition, we designed and built a cardboard stand for NovaProject, a company specialising in the development of technological solutions for the energy sector.
The aim was to create an exhibition space capable of combining:
The result is a stand made entirely of cardboard, custom-designed and intended to be reused at future events.
The design of the stand was driven by a clear requirement: to transform the exhibition space into an environment capable of welcoming visitors and facilitating B2B networking, without compromising on visual impact.
We have therefore developed a concept based on:
Each component has been designed to be easily assembled, dismantled and reused, reducing the time required for set-up and logistics costs in subsequent appearances at trade fairs.
The NovaProject logo was created as a three-dimensional cardboard model, becoming a central feature of the stand.
A solution designed to increase the visibility of thebrand and make it immediately recognisable within the exhibition space.
All the furnishings have been made from cardboard in custom colours, designed to be consistent with the company’s visual identity.
Seating, tables and surfaces thus become an integral part of communication, helping to strengthen the presence of the brand.
The reception desk has been designed with the logo carved into the cardboard, combining practicality with aesthetic appeal.
A key element in making a first impression on visitors, designed to convey professionalism and attention to detail.
A utility column with a concealed compartment has been incorporated into the stand, serving as a service area.
This solution keeps the exhibition area tidy by concealing materials and equipment without compromising the overall design.
The stand includes a private meeting room, designed to host meetings and negotiations during the trade fair.
The cardboard beams, fitted with LED lighting, create a welcoming and professional atmosphere, whilst ensuring privacy and acoustic comfort.
